Soft room and an uncomfortable coat

If I had one more year of high school I believe I would lose my mind. The constant drama and gossip. The rumors of the most ridiculous lies. The horrible attitudes and lack of compassion not caring if they drive someone to death. Is what  I have to deal with 5 days a week. There lack of knowledge that people have feelings and that they can be hurt. Simple insults, friends talking about you behind your back as you sit there wanting to tell them that you can easily hear every single word that comes from their horrid mouths, but you don't. Well, I don't. I'm the kid that you get picked on if you become friends with them, I never did anything but be myself. Society is afraid of difference, afraid that the unique and wonderful person will over shadow their bland lives so they make their lives horrid so they can feel better as they stand out. I hope I speak for others when I say I can and will not take this anymore, I will be who I am and nothing will stand in my way.
